Thank you for shopping at Globetotes. We take pride in the quality of our backpacks and travel products, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. Below is our return and refund policy:
30 Day Return Policy
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your product.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all its tags, accessories and documentation.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us by email hello@globetotes.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Products you buy in discount
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us by mail hello@globetotes.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Return Costs
Please note that return shipping costs, along with any related VAT and customs costs, are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Return Your Order
- Pack Your Order: Ensure all items are securely packed in the original packaging with all tags included. We do not accept used products for return.
- Return Steps:
- Email us at hello@globetotes.com with the reason for your return.
- Put in the subject: Refund: your order number.
- Download the return form here and include it in your package.
- Email us your return form by mail to hello@globetotes.com. We will send you the return address for your package by mail. Once you shipped the package, please send us the tracking number in order to follow up on your return and proceed with the refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days (usually within 14 days), depending on your bank issuer’s policies.
