All of our products are eligible for home delivery. All our orders are shipped for free.

Our standard delivery time is between 3-6 business days. In the rare event that your order takes longer, we’ll contact you promptly to explain the delay and provide an update. We are committed to making our delivery process as fast and efficient as possible, so you can receive your products quickly and with minimal hassle.

Returns

You can return your item within 30 days of receiving the order. If you want to return your item, we will send you a return label. In the last case you should bring your product(s) to a parcel shop. Warranty

All products sold by Globetotes are covered by the minimum 2-year legal guarantee. Currently, our products only have that guarantee. You have the right to a reliable product that meets the description.

A product is defective if:

• it’s incomplete
• damaged or broken

• it can’t be used as described by the seller
